Electronic Supporting Information Tuning the Helical Nanostructure and Supramolecular Chirality by Water in the Organogels

چکیده

Instruments and methods: 1 HNMR spectrum was obtained on a Bruker AV300 spectrometer, and tetramethylsilane was used as an internal standard substance. Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) was recorded on a BIFLEIII instrument. Elemental analysis was performed on a Carlo-Erba-1106 instrument. The aging gel and precipitation was cast on single-crystal silica plates, then vacuum-dried. The sample surface was coated with Pt, which were recorded on a Hitachi S-4800 FE-SEM microscope, operating at accelerating voltages of 10 kV. TEM images were performed on a JEM-1011 operating at the accelerating 200kV. The fully aging samples were cast on glass substrates and vacuum-dried for X-ray diffraction, which was performed on a Rigaku D/Max-2500 X-ray diffractometer with CuKα radiation (λ=1.5406 Å), operating at 45 kV, 100 mA. UV/Vis and circular dichroism (CD) spectra were recorded on JASCO UV-550 and JASCO J-810 CD spectrophotometers, respectively. The water contact angle was recorded by an OCA 20 (Optical Contact angle measurement) at ambient temperature. Zeta-potential measurement was carried out at 25 °C by a Zetasizer Nano ZS ZEN3600 (Nano ZS, Malvern Instruments).
